There are handicap spaces for a reason, people with handicaps need them to park. They are not reserved spaces just for you that always seem to be available. And they are not a convenient location for you to park closer to Applebees. You can walk, some people can't--so exercise your ability of putting one foot in front of the other, and park somewhere else.

Arbitrarily parking doesn't help you or the other parking spot you took—so please stop parking like an asshole.
